At Trick Or Treat Studios, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like masks and makeup cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
